• Do we need an account before we order?
No - we'll set up your account automatically when you first place an order from a library or school.

• What information will you need so that we can have an account set up?
(1) Name of Library/School.
(2) Address (for delivery and invoices).
(3) Phone and fax numbers.
(4) Email address.
(5) Name of contact person.

• How do we pay for orders?
Invoices are sent with supply of your order (invoice terms are strictly 30 days). You can pay by:
   • cheque;
   • direct deposit (as arranged - you will need to send us your institution's form); or
   • your institution's credit card.

• What is Soundbooks' ABN?
The ABN for both Soundbooks and Continental Bookshop is 14 004 492 013.

• Do we need a Purchase Order Number when placing orders?
It is desirable but not necessary to include a Purchase Order Number when you make an order.

• How do we order?
You can place your orders by
   • telephone, (useful if you want title or version advice);
   • fax;
   • post;
   • email;
   • using our secure online library/school order form; or
   • making selections when visiting our shop, or by having us visit your library or school with audiobook selections.*

* Visits can be arranged to libraries or schools in Victoria only. No interstate visits.
